Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your light companion.
As each piece is handcrafted and made to order, we kindly ask you to review the details below before initiating a return.

Returns

All returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and labels.

Because each lamp is made to order, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.

Return process

To initiate a return, please email karla@karla-luminaries.com before sending back any items.

Once your return has been approved, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and ship your return to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Please allow up to 7 business days from receipt of your return for processing.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Exceptions

  • Each lamp is handcrafted and made to order.

  • Returns are only accepted for items damaged during shipping.

  • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the damage.
